This policy explains, in plain language, what information B-Viral collects through leads.b-viral.com, the booking calendar on it, and our text messages and emails, and what we do with it. If something here isn't clear, write to Josebash@b-viral.com and you'll get an answer from a person.
1. Who we are
B-Viral is a marketing service run by Jose Bonilla, based in San Salvador, El Salvador. We run advertising, tracking and CRM follow-up for independent US life insurance agents. We are not an insurance agency and we don't sell insurance. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean B-Viral and Jose Bonilla.

2. What this policy covers
It covers this website (including the Spanish version at /es/), the booking calendar embedded on it, and the messages we send to people who book a call or ask about our services. It does not cover the ads we run for our clients: leads from a client's ads belong to that client and are covered by the client's own privacy policy.
3. What we collect
Information you give us when you book a call
The booking calendar is provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). When you book, we receive what you type into the form, usually:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- your answers to the booking questions (for example, the products you sell, your states or your budget);
- the date, time and time zone of your appointment.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our analytics and advertising tools collect technical and usage data, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, the website or ad that sent you (including campaign parameters like utm_source or fbclid), approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and the date and time of your visit.
Information you send us directly
If you email or text us, we keep that conversation and the contact details in it.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use these tools, which may set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser:
- Google Tag Manager — loads and manages the other tags on the site. It does not by itself build a profile of you.
- Google Analytics — measures how visitors use the site (for example, which sections get read and how many people book), so we can improve it.
- Meta Pixel — tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone visits or books, so we can measure our own ads and show them to people likely to be interested.
- GoHighLevel booking calendar — may use cookies needed for the calendar to work.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on and manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Meta ad preferences. The site works without these cookies, although the calendar may need its own cookies to complete a booking.
5. How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, remind you about and hold the call you booked.
- To answer your questions and, if you become a client, to provide and bill our services.
- To follow up about our services by email or text, if you gave us permission (see sections 7 and 8).
- To measure and improve this website and our own advertising.
- To keep records we need for legal, tax or security reasons.
6. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only for that purpose:
- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (CRM, booking calendar, SMS and email delivery);
- Google (Tag Manager and Analytics);
- Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel, for measuring our own ads);
- Cloudflare (website hosting and security);
- the video or phone tool used for your call (for example, Zoom), and our payment providers (Payoneer or PayPal) if you become a client.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts (for example, when you book a call), we may text you about your appointment (confirmations and reminders) and, if you agreed to it, about our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more after that. For help, reply HELP or email Josebash@b-viral.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Email
We email you about the call you booked and, if you asked about our services, with related follow-up. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; use it and we'll stop marketing emails promptly. You can also write to Josebash@b-viral.com. We may still send messages strictly about a call you booked or services you've bought.
9. How long we keep it
If you book a call but don't become a client, we keep your contact details and booking information for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete or anonymize them. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of each tool. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of that request so we don't contact you again.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent to texts or emails at any time. Email Josebash@b-viral.com and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, California or other US states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
11. Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who need it, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
12. Children
This site is for professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
13. International transfers
We are based in El Salvador and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. By using this site, you understand that your information may be processed outside your state or country.
14. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
